THE BRIEF

Nestle launched the BSO (Best Standard Outlets) aimed at building, branding and maintaining dedicated shelf space for the Nestle’s product portfolio, to ensure the best level of availability, visibility and accessibility in every retail outlet across the country. “PROJECT BUILD AND MAINTAIN 120K” was launched to target the stated objectives in 120,000 outlets across Nigeria. Voyance was shortlisted to manage the project in Lagos, South-west, South-east, and south-south regions.

AGENCY TASKS

Teams of 110 Brand Ambassadors were created and trained across 11 locations to drive Numeric Distribution for Cerelac 25g in Neighborhood and Open Market trade channels across selected locations.

THE RESULT

A total of 48,350 outlets were managed under the “Build and Maintain Project. 6,837 outlets were developed and brought into the scheme. Other outlets under the old scheme were reconciled, renegotiated, rebranded and maintained for optimal AVA.
