THE BRIEF
Nestle as part of her AVA (Availability, Visibility and Accessibility) strategies for ensuring optimum distribution of some of her products’ popular packs to all key consumer touch points, the business decided to commission a troop of foot soldiers to comb secondary towns, sub-urban and urban locations engaging consumers/shoppers and ensuring product availability and visibility at Grade “D” Retail outlets. Voyance was charged with this responsibility.
AGENCY TASKS
60 Brand Ambassadors were recruited and trained across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti, and Osun states to drive product distribution to retail points and direct consumer engagement through door-to-door sales.
THE RESULT
The project was successfully executed for a period of 18 months. 7 SKUs across 5 brands (Milo, Chocomilo, Maggi, Cerelac and Golden Morn) were positively impacted. Over 2 billion naira sales value was generated over the activation period.
