THE BRIEF
Nestle as part of her innovation drive, launched single serve SKUs (25g and 50g) creating convenience and affordability of infant nutrition for her numerous shoppers/consumers who otherwise might find the large SKU unaffordable. The need to ensure optimal Availability, Visibility and Accessibility (AVA) for the new Cerelac 25g (Maize & Soya), Voyance was charged with the responsibility of running a secondary sales force.
AGENCY TASKS
We recruited and train a total of 148 Brand Ambassadors across the given locations. We used geo coding systemfor outlets tracking purpose. We developed an operational app called VoyApp for team activities tracking for the purpose of ensuring optimal productivity and ROI.
THE RESULT
A total of 108 activation days were executed across 11 locations (Lagos, SW, Delta and Benin). 18,586 retail outlets successfully activated with retailers convinced, stocked with minimum of 2 rolls of Cerelac 25g and product displayed on their shelf. A total of 2,357 cases were sold. 4,887 new retail outlet data and feedbacks generated.
