THE BRIEF
To drive value optimization, Martell launched an innovative offering, Martell Blue swift (MBS- the first-ever Cognac VSOP matured in French oak casks and finished in Kentucky Bourbon casks) to consumers in the Nigerian Market. As part of the marketing efforts to create Top Of Mind Awareness, drive product acceptance and quick shelf off-take for the new offering, off-trade activation schemes were commissioned to run in: selected modern trade outlets for 9 weeks and Wholesale outlets for 2 months.
AGENCY TASKS
Voyance was tasked with the responsibilities of creation of kitchen environment, consumer engagement, cooking demo, (Noodles, Pasta and Ball Foods), wet Sampling of 300 shoppers daily, recruitment and management of promoters, and management of all sales.
THE RESULT
Project successfully activated across 9 cities in 43 Modern Trade Outlets. 1,960 bottles of MBS sold across Modern Trade Outlets. 148 cases of MBS sold across Open Markets. Over 21,000 consumers sampled Martell Blue Swift. Brand exposed to over 100,000 shoppers.
